Smoked Chocolate Chip Cookies
There are few chances somebody can resist the incredible taste of warm, homemade cookies full of chocolate chips that are about to melt in your mouth. Oh, what a delight! And the best part of our recipe is that, instead of turning on the oven to make them, you will fire up your smoker and give these cookies an exquisite taste.
If you don’t have a smoker yet, you can easily upgrade your good ol’ grill, adding a Z-Smoker Pellet Tube. It’s fast to install, easy to use, has the friendliest price, and promises to enhance all your outdoor culinary experiences. If your grill is upgraded and ready, start making that shopping list. You’ll need flour, baking soda, soft, unsalted butter, granulated and brown sugar, eggs, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
Begin by preheating the grill to 375 degrees and mixing all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Then, add the eggs, one at a time, mixing thoroughly with the soft butter, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips. When your mix is ready, use a tablespoon and place the cookies on a nonstick baking sheet, leaving enough space between them. Cook for 10-15 minutes until the edges of the cookies are golden brown. If you want them crunchier, cook them for a longer time. Oh, you and your guests will fall in love with the sweetness and smokiness of these cookies!
