When I first saw these roasting sticks I was SO excited!! We’ve used sticks of course, and a few other roasting sticks/forks and none were as thought out and amazing as these! The attention to detail is amazing - like the different color indicators so everyone has their own, avoiding the normal confusion of “which one is mine again?”; these are not only longer than others but I’ve never seen a set with six sticks!

I’ve always used charcoal grills but I recently bought a gas grill to be able to easily grill on my deck. Missing the taste of wood smoke I went searching and came across this beautiful invention. My plan was to just use it for hot and fast stuff, and keep my charcoal grill for smoking meat. I must say after using this thing to smoke some ribs, then some chicken, I see no need to keep my charcoal grill!

I haven't written a review in a while, but I have to write one for this smoker. It is fantastic! It is a great introduction to smoking. While probably not as good as a dedicated smoker, it has allowed me to use my grill as a smoker. I have done Brats and Chicken so far, but plan to do a brisket as soon as I can find one. It uses much less pellets than I anticipated as well.
